Welcome to Love Thy Neighbor Cleaning Services LLC. By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Cancellation

• Appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon booking.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

• Love Thy Neighbor Cleaning Services, LLC  reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including staff availability or emergencies.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include, cash, cash app online transfers through paypal or zelle.

• A late payment fee of $50 may apply to overdue invoices.

3. Scope of Services

• Services provided will be as agreed upon during booking. Additional requests may be accommodated at the discretion of Love Thy Neighbor Cleaning Services, LLC and may incur extra charges.

• It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any specific requirements, allergies, or sensitivities prior to the service.

4. Liability

• While we take utmost care during our services, Love Thy Neighbor Cleaning Services, LLC  is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or fragile items not disclosed prior to service.

• Any damages resulting from proven negligence by our staff will be addressed up to a maximum liability of $1000.

• We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

5. Access to Property

• Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed-upon time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or additional fees for waiting time.

6. Health and Safety

• Our team follows all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

• Clients are expected to provide a safe, hazard-free space for our staff to work.

7. Refund Policy

• Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Love Thy Neighbor Cleaning Services, LLC  in cases of dissatisfaction or non-fulfillment of agreed services. Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

8. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• Love Thy Neighbor Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
